Refund policy

RETURNS 

  • Eligibility
    • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only (not refunds, unless the item is faulty).
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • Free of odours, stains, or any signs of wear
    • With tags attached and hygiene sticker intact 
  • Timeframe
    • Returns must be initiated and sent back within 21 days of the original order date. 
  • Customer Responsibility
    • Customers are responsible for return postage costs (except for faulty items).
    • You must provide a valid tracking number. Brela Swim is not liable for returns lost in transit without tracking. 
    • If your return arrives after the 21-day window or is not in returnable condition, it will be sent back at your expense. 
  • Final Sale Items
    • Item’s marked as sale are final and cannot be returned, except during promotional discount periods or if the item is faulty.

EXCHANGES 

  • Exchange Options
    • You may exchange for a different size or style (if available), provided the original item meets return eligibility. 
  • Timeframe
    • Exchanges must be received within 21 days of the order date. 
  • Out-of-Stock Situations
    • If your requested item is sold out before the exchange is processed, a store credit will be issued instead. 
  • Sale Exchanges
    • Final sale items can only be exchanged for another size (if available). Exchanges for a different style are not permitted.

CANCELLATIONS 

  • Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. 

  • If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it in line with our Returns Policy. 

  • Brela Swim reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation requests.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT 

  • Refunds
    • Refunds are only offered for faulty items and are processed to the original payment method.
    • If a gift card was used, the refund amount will be returned to the gift card. 

 

  • Store Credit
    • Issued for all other approved returns.
    • Valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
    • Does not include original shipping fees.
    • If the item was part of a bundle or sale, your store credit will reflect the discounted value, not the full price.
