  • Shipped via Australia Post or other reputable carriers. 

  • Delivery takes 1–28 days depending on destination and service selected. 

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days to metro areas. 

  • International Shipping is coming soon.

MISSED / UNDELIVERED PARCELS 

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, you are responsible for reshipping costs. 

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. 

SHIPPING LIABILITY 

  • Brela Swim is not liable for delivery delays, lost, or stolen parcels once dispatched. 

  • Customers must lodge claims with the carrier directly (e.g., Australia Post). 

  • If your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer error, Brela Swim cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

  • Once tracking shows the item as delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
